We're looking forward to the return of our Fall Festival this Sunday! Activities will include hayrides, sack races, making scarecrows and more! Pumpkins and refreshments will be available and our Farm Store will be open!

Activity Schedule:

Hayrides 1:00, 2:00, 3:00

Sack Races 1:30, 2:30, 3:30

Crafts and Refreshments throughout the day

Refreshments:

Chili Bar - Beef or Vegetarian Chili

Assorted Chips

Apples/Pears from our orchard

Cookie Tray and Donut Holes

Water/Soda

Hot/Cold Cider

Coffee/Tea

*Due to Covid precautions we will not have a potluck meal, but members may bring food for their own family.

Reminders:

Drive Slowly! There will be a lot of activity involving small children.

Event is rain or shine. It's already muddy at the farm - dress accordingly.

Scarecrows - please be sure to bring your own clothes - we will provide muslin, twine, markers and straw.

Garlic

Through the years, many of our long-term members have suggested we include garlic in our CSA shares. Well, we just ordered 60 pounds of organic German White/Red Hardneck Garlic that arrived this week! The garlic will be planted later this month before the first frost. This will be our first trial growing garlic on our farm and we're hoping for a great harvest next year!
