AG Knudsen at Lincoln County Club

Montana's Attorney General's office is a busy place as the Republican Women's Club of Lincoln County learned.

Austin Knudsen spoke at length about important happenings to the more than fifty people in attendance. AG Knudsen described Montana’s national importance in keeping powers in check. He then answered many questions and we learned:

• The balance of power in the US Senate depends on Tim Sheehy beating Jon Tester
• Montana led the way to win the Supreme Court decision against trans "people" getting into cross-gender sports
• Montana actually capture @ 1,000 fentanyl pills daily on our roads (intervention of MT Highway Patrol mainly)
• Planned Parenthood targets Montana in lawsuits
• ACLU targets Montana in lawsuits
• Lincoln County's horrendous rash of environmental lawsuits are a result of guaranteed payments for lawyers' fees. Doesn't matter if they win; they still get paid.

MTFRW's KEEP NINE RESOLUTION

In line with NFRW's direction, MTFRW's Board of Directors passed a Keep Nine Resolution supporting an amendment as the best tool to protect the Supreme Court. Our document serves to educate members, elected officials and Montana voters on the importance of a Keep Nine Amendment. Each club is urge to pass their own resolution. Our Supreme Court plays a vital role in upholding the rule of law and protecting our constitutional rights. The goal of Keep Nine is to preserve the court's independence and integrity for future generations.
