Mental Health and Social/Emotional Tips

Did You Know…?

(en español)

Magnesium can boost your brain health!

Quick Facts:

  • Recommended amount for women is 310-320 mg/daily
  • Recommended amount for men is 400-420 mg/daily

BUT- research has found that people who got 550 mg daily had LESS age-related brain volume shrinkage by age 55, which is associated with better cognitive function and a lower risk of dementia.

That is great, now how can I get my brain boost?
