Chair's Corner

With Donald Trump’s poll numbers only slightly higher than the approval rating for salmonella and costs for everything from gasoline to health care to food going up, it's time to exercise that greatest of American rights. And what’s the easiest way to vote? By mail. You can do it while drinking a cup of coffee, while watching the Guardians in the playoffs, while you’re roasting a chicken, or you can even invite friends over and turn it into a drinking game.

But, do NOT believe Republican lies about voting by mail. It’s safe, reliable, and most importantly, leads to Democratic victories like Joe Biden in 2020. And issues 1 and 2 in Ohio in 2023. The king of hypocrisy himself—Donald Trump—votes by mail. So does the man who runs Ohio’s elections.

Two things we need you to do:

1.) request your absentee ballot at boe.cuyahogacounty.gov and

2.) help the Cuyahoga County Democrats get these to peoples’ doors.
