It's never too early to start planning for your family's festival participation.

This year will be the 70th annual festival and as always it's a BIG DEAL. Unlike any other parish organization, all the proceeds from the festival go directly into the parish operating budget and the festival income is a vital piece of the parish budget.
Here are a few ideas to get your family involved:
BE A BOOTH CAPTAIN:
We currently need captains for the Smash a Car Booth, the popcorn booth and the BBQ booth. Booth Captains help recruit workers for the shifts, make sure all shifts are covered, attend the kick-off meeting and pick up and turn in the money till.
BE A SPONSOR OR RECRUIT A SPONSOR:
Every sponsorship donation we get makes our festival more profitable.
This is urgent! We need the sponsors' forms in by May 1.
DONATE AN ITEM OR BASKET TO THE BID AND BUY:
DONATE TO THE MEDIA SALE:
Donate used books, CD's and games to the Used Media Sale booth. We start accepting donations June 1.
PURCHASE REVERSE RAFFLE TICKETS:
Purchase tickets for the Reverse Raffle for Tuition (
CLICK HERE). One $30 ticket-one of only 250 tickets-will win $4255 paid to the Catholic School of your choice (Grade School, High School, College). The raffle will be on Sunday afternoon and the last ticket drawn will be the winner.
PURCHASE MAJOR AWARD TICKETS:
Purchase tickets for the major award. Tickets go on sale the week after Easter after Masses or at the parish office. The grand prize is $10,000 and ticket prices start at $10. The more you buy the cheaper they are!
GIVING TREE DONATIONS:
Take a tag or 2 off the Festival Giving Tree! The tree will be up Memorial Day weekend.
WORK THE FESTIVAL:
Look for the announcement in May with a link to the sign up genius. We need help before, after and during the festival. Teach your kids what service means.
