During the month of September, we will be introducing new classes & start times. We will be testing these changes on a 4-6 week basis so please check the schedule frequently.

If you've got the summertime blues (or the blues at any time of year, for that matter), don't fear-these mood-boosting food secrets can help put a little extra pep in your step!
Strategy #1: Have oatmeal for breakfast (or for any meal).
Why it works : Eating oatmeal naturally changes your brain chemistry.
