ANNOUNCING THE 2016 FOUNDERS FELLOWS!
IMPACT WELCOMES THREE NEW MEMBERS AND TWO RETURNING
Impact100's second class of Founders Fellows has been selected and the women are excited to join Impact's membership. The fellowship program was created to encourage young women ages 25-35, to learn about the impact of collective giving and to bring a more diverse perspective to Impact's membership and process. The class is comprised of five extraordinary young women, three of whom are new to Impact and two who will continue as fellows for another year. Sydney Diavua, Katie Muller and Victoria Vicente will join Janea Jordan and Stephanie Taylor to comprise the second class of fellows. They will each serve as an active member of a Focus Area Committee and will participate in other aspects of the organization.
We would like to thank Impact members for their generous support of the fellowship program, and the members of the Founders Fellowship Committee for their dedication to the process: Ellan Bernstein (co-chair), Lisa Piraino Solinsky (co-chair); Barbara Behar, Margie Berger, Andi Broad, Judy Leib, Lydia Mallet, Charlotte Schutzman, and Sandy Weingarten.

IMPACT HAS A GOAL TO REACH $60,000 IN OPERATING DONATIONS IN 2016
69% OF MEMBERS HAVE HELPED US REACH IT SO FAR
Although most of the work of Impact is done by volunteers, our operating expenses have grown along with our membership. Our expenses include renting space and accommodations for events, maintaining our website and online services, technology for our database and grants processes, and paying for insurance and accounting fees. In fact, Impact100 needs about $150 per member in operating funds to deliver our joint mission of educating women about philanthropy and funding our nonprofit community. Please consider giving a little extra to Impact to help us reach our goal during this holiday season. It's simple and easy, and every little bit counts. Learn More
One recent expense has made life immeasurable easier for the hard
working volunteers who run Impact100 Philadelphia. This summer, we welcomed Alice Dolbin as a part-time administrator, and she has become an integral part of our Impact leadership team. Alice manages donations and mail processing on a weekly basis, maintains the database, works with Communications to provide mailing lists and website assistance, stores and organizes board files in Google Drive, updates and manages the board's Google Calendar, and takes care of other administrative tasks or technical support as needed. Alice comes to Impact from another Philadelphia nonprofit, The Merchants Fund, where she serves as a grants manager. Learn more about Alice
