What is a Leads Group?
The Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce is forming leads groups to give Chamber members the opportunity to meet consistently in a non-competitive and mutually supportive environment to exchange leads and business referrals. The leads groups are powerful tools for members to cultivate professional relationships, establish trust, increase knowledge and build business. It is like having your own sales team!

This survey is anonymous - they are not collecting your name or personal data, just your feedback on the department's work and its opportunities for growth.

Disaster Assistance Funding Updates
There are several new Federal, State and County disaster resource programs available such as Governor Larry Hogan's PROJECT RESTORE, $3.4 million in economic relief funds for the state’s commercial seafood industry, The Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Shuttered Venue Operators Grant program and more. Ramp Agents are true Southwest Warriors and spend most of their days outdoors. Among other duties, they ensure smooth operations by directing aircraft on the ground and working as a Team to handle cargo/baggage service.

Customer Service Agents are the first People you see when you arrive at the airport, providing assistance and Hospitality from the ticket counter to the gate to baggage claim.

Operations Agents are the Employees who scan your boarding pass at the gate, but they do so much more. They also manage weight and balance of the aircraft and work hand in hand with our Dispatchers, Flight Crews, Customer Service Agents, and Ramp Agents to depart the aircraft on time.
