New Conference Center/Parking Facility GROUNDBREAKING

Guests sang along and were entertained by Socorro High School's Mariachi Group "Los Gavilanes" at our historical groundbreaking. The new building is expected to be completed in approx. 19 months.

Our ESC Region 19 Board of Directors were joined by Mike Morath (Texas Education Agency), Monica Lombraña (El Paso International Airport) and Dr. Armando Aguirre, ESC19 executive director, in being the first to break ground for our new event center!

Mike Morath, TEA Commissioner, spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony attended by local city leaders, community agencies, business partners, district superintendents and ESC19 staff.
