The Poplar Run HOA Board would like to hear from our residential community about their satisfaction with many of the services provided in our neighborhood. Please respond honestly as these responses will help influence the board's decisions. All responses will be shared with the HOA Board Directors and used to drive board decisions.

Call-Out for Committee members

(Deadline open until all positions are filled)

If you are interested in volunteering your time on one of the following committees, 

Governing Documents Review Committee (consisting of 3 members)- 

Members will help to study then determine if the Governing Documents of the Association should be updated to reflect the changing needs of the community and applicable law relative to covenants, design standards and other rules and regulations. Previous Covenant Committee, Architectural Guidelines, and/or Architecture design experience preferred.

Legal Affairs Committee (consisting of 3 members)-

To provide high level oversight for legal issues pertaining to the developer transition and to ensure that the Board has the expert guidance it needs to make informed decisions in the best interests of the Community during arbitration or mediation proceedings between the Association and Developer Winchester Homes now known as TRI Pointe Homes. 

Seeking candidates with experience in:

1. Subject Matter Expert on the developer transition. (Past Board members)
2. Civil Engineer preferably with experience in structural engineering. 
3. Civil Litigator preferably with experience in construction law.

Volunteers Needed

Winter Festival

The social committee invites you to the winter festival! This is a no cost event for the entire family. Plan to bring an appetizer to share. We will have a hot chocolate bar and a children’s cookie decorating station!

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING

Santa plays such a large role in embodying the spirit of the holidays for so many (especially the little ones of PR) so we have secured Santa, and he is coming to Poplar Run on

Sunday 12/10 from 1-4pm!

As this is a resident run/funded event (NOT a for-profit event,) we would truly appreciate your help in making this special event happen with a small monetary donation/contribution as well as through volunteering to help setup, stage and wrap up the event.

All monetary contributions will go towards Santa’s fee as well as decorations/snacks for the event (if there are any surplus fund, they will go towards next year’s Santa visit!)
