We want to thank all the church members and visitors who supported our walk in the Church World Service Crop Hunger Walk.
Your generosity netted $700 to the cause.
Twenty-five percent of the funds raised provide hunger-fighting programs in our own community.
These funds also helps to provide resources throughout the world, such as food and water, and other resources that empower people to meet their own needs. From seeds and tools, wells and water systems, technical training and micro-enterprise loans, the key is people working together to identify their own development priorities, their strengths and their needs through Church World Service for the past 70 years.
