PAINESVILLE, Ohio— Lifeline, Inc., Lake & Geauga Counties’ Community Action Agency, is excited to announce that it recently kicked off festivities to commemorate its 50th Anniversary. On June 21, Lifeline’s Board of Directors threw a surprise anniversary party for the Lifeline staff to get the anniversary celebrations underway.
“This is an exciting year for Lifeline as we celebrate its 50th anniversary. It is an honor being part of such a wonderful organization which has been improving the lives of Lake and Geauga County residents,” said Lifeline Board President Sean Kramer. “It was really fun to recognize our staff who work so hard as we begin the celebrations.”
Over the next six months, Lifeline will celebrate the past, while looking ahead to the future by hosting a series of events to celebrate the milestone anniversary with funders and donors, with clients and with the entire community. Lifeline will also be running a “500 donors for 50 years” fundraising campaign through the fall.
