|FROM THE DESK OF MS. BRESLER... |
Easter is just around the corner and we will be celebrating our Lord and Savior rising from the dead and opening the gates of Heaven to us! Throughout Lent, your children have been learning about different types of prayer, forgiveness, service, and the stumbling blocks that can trip us up as we are building a relationship with Jesus. If you haven't had a faith filled discussion with your kids yet, now is the perfect time of year to share your faith and beliefs.
Thank you to everyone who has gotten their registration in and let the school office know of your plans for next year. We are currently at 335 students, either registered or projected. That makes us 27 students short of the goal we used to build the budget for next year.
If you have not yet contacted the school office about your plans for next year, please try to do so before spring break. If you know of someone who may be looking for an educational partner for the fall, please have them check out St. Veronica, or give the school office their name and contact information and let them know we will contact them.
Don't forget we are now a provider for EdChoice and EdChoice Expansion. Luckily for the community, no Clermont County schools are on the designated list for the original EdChoice Scholarship, however, EdChoice Expansion is based on family finances and all students, if they qualify financially, are eligible for this scholarship.
The state did increase the amount of annual income a family could have to 250% of the low income line. You can check this out online on the ODE website or call the school office for help to see if you qualify.
PICK-UP AT DISMISSAL:
The teachers in the back are noticing the driving line is not moving as quickly as it has in the past. We will be trying different things to see if we can improve the efficiency of the line as a whole. Please do not get upset with the teachers if something is moved or changed, or if they ask you, as a driver, to move or wait. We are trying to make dismissal safe and quicker for everyone.
EARLY BIRD DRAWING WINNERS:
Congratulations to the following St. Veronica Families for winning the Early Bird Tuition Drawing:
- Dustin and Sandy Howe
- Andrew and JoAnna Schroeder
- Mark and Jamie Foltz
