Over-the-Counter (OTC) mail order $25 maximum benefit coverage amount per quarter (3 months) for select over-the-counter health and wellness products.

*Over-the-Counter (OTC) mail order You are eligible for a $25 quarterly allowance to be used toward the purchase of over-the-counter (OTC) health and wellness products available through our mail order service.

Your allowance is available at the beginning of each quarter of the plan year (January, April, July, and October).

The unused quarterly allowance amount will not carry over to the next quarter.
