When it comes to the sun do you know the difference between sun lotion, sun block, and sun screen? I didn’t.
If you know you will be in the sun for a day (at the beach or finally getting together with family or friends) and you will be outside most of the day, how will you protect yourself or family from the sun rays?
So ... you stop at the drug store to purchase some type of sun (screen, lotion, or block). You know that the higher the number (or SPF #) on the bottle will give you more protection from the sun, but which brand and which kind are you actually supposed to purchase and which works the best, especially on children (grand-children)?
