I happened to find this food poster interesting that I ran across. I love Panera. They have clean food and I can feel confident with their ingredients in what they offer me. So, one day I am waiting at the counter for my order and happened to read this poster on their cork board. I found it interesting that all or some of the additives listed could be found in what we are eating.
Google some of these additives and you can find where these additives come from and how they interact with the body.
I am not promoting Panera but I did want to share with my clients what you could be finding as additives in the food you eat, to educate yourselves.
“Clean Food” that (Panera) defines is described as food that does not contain artificial preservatives, sweeteners, and flavors along with colors from artificial sources.
