Practical Skills Series is Back from August 31st-September 9th
If you missed your chance to take the last round of practical skills, your opportunity is here again. This four-course series teaches all agents the roles, responsibilities, and knowledge necessary for every REALTOR® to have a successful and growing business. In Buyers Selling Skills, you can join Melissa McKinney as she goes through the most effective way to market, show, and sell properties to buyers. In Listing Strategies, you can
join Amanda Martin as she walks through her listing process, giving you some of the best ways to stay excited about your listings. In Contracts, you can look no further than Scott Hardin and Soni Rider, as they take you line by line through all the documents needed to close. Government Affairs Update
Angie Hedgepeth, Government Affairs Director for the Association, attends all the local meetings each month, as well as NAR and NCAR meetings, and keeps members abreast of the multiple issues being addressed in local, state, and national government. She prepares reports on the meetings she attends and they are included in the monthly “Government Affairs Update”. Look for updates on laws that will affect YOUR industry this year!
