Let´s re-imagine the future of Gender!

Dear W4S Community,

The world is in permanent change and nobody would say that is not true. But what we are facing today, due to COVID pandemic, is a notorious increase in the speed of this changing.

This month we would like to share with you an amazing article titled "The Future of Gender Norms: Generating New Narratives of Transformational Change", written as the result of a workshop facilitates by Vanesa Magan and Tessa Finlev from Institute for the Future.

They invited a group of 22 attendees to imagine the future of gender, identifying drivers of change using STEEP framework. They thought about social, technological, economic, environmental, and political drivers that are likely to reshape gender norms in the future and built possible scenarios by combining them.

Read the complete article in the link below and let´s start thinking about what has always been a cultural construction imposed by the dominants and need to be re-imagined with a Gender Parity focus.

We have another GIFT for you!
