Since its inception on March 1, 2023, Beau's agency has quickly become a cornerstone in the local community, known for its specialized expertise in Home, Auto, Life, Farm Ranch, and Commercial Insurance, including Flood coverage.

Under Beau's leadership, the agency has achieved remarkable milestones, including being named the #1 Farm Ranch writer in Colorado for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024. His commitment to excellence has also earned the agency a spot in the top ten Agency owners for August 2023 and the prestigious Peak Harvest Award for both 2023 and 2024 with in American Family Insurance.

In 2025, Beau Gordanier Agency has awarded a grant to the Sterling and Merino FFA Chapters. In Addition, Beau donates his time to help with judging the FFA sales contest held at NJC, showcasing his dedication to supporting agricultural education. The agency also donates water during the fair for the kids while showing their animals, emphasizing their support for local events and the well-being of the community.

Beau is supported by Jolene McCallum, the office manager, whose invaluable assistance and dedication have been pivotal in the smooth operation and success of the agency. Beau can't thank her enough for her help and the positive impact she has made.

The law firm of Williamson|Lowery|Fredregill is owned by Levi Williamson, Kelly Zorn Lowery, and Bryson Fredregill.  The firm has served northeastern Colorado under various ownership for over 60 years. The current ownership has extensive experience representing profit, non-profit, and government entities, along with individuals and families.

     Williamson|Lowery|Fredregill is is based out of the historic fire house at 214 Poplar St. in Sterling. Levi, Kelly, and Bryson each grew up in northeastern Colorado and chose to return home to live and practice law. The firm has one associate attorney, Abbey Brower. Abbey grew up in Sterling, Colorado and in May 2024 graduated from Kansas University School of Law. She has since moved back to Sterling and joined the firm. The firm has one legal assistant, Hailey Harms. Hailey grew up in Fleming, Colorado and recently returned home to northeastern Colorado and also joined the firm.
