I have been investigating Constant Contact as an option for our email campaigns. This is a very rough draft of a possible newsletter template. There is room for much customization, and it is very simple to use and change.
I have currently signed up for a free 60 day trial. If the board chooses to extend the trial, the cost is $20/month for up to 500 email addresses, with no limit to the number of emails sent.
Because we are a 501c3, we qualify for a 20% discount if we pay 6 months in advance, or a 30% discount if we pay for a full year. The cost increases to $40/month if we go over 500 email addresses, but we still qualify for the discounts if we pay in advance.
