From nearby: Josefina Gordh Swedish textile artist from Carbondale, creates uniquely beautiful scarves and pillows wood blocked on velvet, in addition to silk wood blocked wall hangings. Josefina will be at the gallery.

From afar: Paula Fischer is a Naif painter from Bariloche, Argentina an Aspen Sister City. I met her last March when she was here with her husband who is part of the surgeons' exchange with Aspen Orthopedics Associates. I am smitten by Naif paintings and found Paula's charming. It is my intention (very much delayed until now) to have a serious artist exchange with Bariloche and Paula's paintings.
