A Sad Tale of Two Delightful Dogs!

Reign and Gracie are two beautiful girls who have graduated from the training class but they have not found their forever home. Sadly, they have had to watch all their classmates who were trained just like them go to their forever families.

A couple was interested in Reign as a little 6-month old puppy but circumstances kept shutting the door on her and no one ever committed.... "too busy at work, but when that clears, we'll be back". ..."too many vacations but if she's still there we'll do it after" ... but no one ever came. All the excuses only landed Reign back in a boarding situation.

Gracie is on that same track. Our dogs can't live in the prison forever. It's not good for them and it's not good for the women to keep the same dog for too long.

They don't know why they've been left out, and we don't either! Both of them want so badly to live in a real home! Reign has been living at a boarding facility and Gracie is still in the prison.
Won't you please, please consider adopting or fostering one of these lovely ladies?

We would love to have you visit but we will need multiple volunteers to man our booth. Can you help? Please write info@pawsinprison.com

GUESS REMI'S DNA!

Hi there! I’m Remi, and boy, am I a lucky girl!

I was adopted in October by the same family who adopted Agnes. You got to meet her last month. I get the zoomies when I’m in the backyard and love to play out there with Agnes and children who visit my forever mom. My mom says that I never jump on anyone, grown people or little kids. Pretty good, right? I love to cuddle on the sofa with my peeps; that’s how I trick them into giving me belly rubs! I remember the manners that the ladies in Paws in Prison taught me, and it is very easy to give me my heartworm and flea prevention meds. Mom’s always telling people about my history with Paws in Prison; maybe I should be a paid spokesperson…just kidding!

Can you guess my DNA? Read all the way to the end of the newsletter to find out.

The only time a dog makes us sad is when we say goodbye.
