Litigation Funding Assessment Support

As you probably know, litigation funding or finance provides for a third-party to advance capital to a plaintiff in support of litigation in exchange for a portion of the proceeds or recovery in the lawsuit. Since the litigation funder only gets paid if the lawsuit is successful, it is paramount that those monetizing the litigation and their attorneys perform extensive due diligence and analysis on the legal and factual merits of the case and claim.

At V2 Global, we have many years of experience in assisting litigation funding firms (as well as plaintiffs and law firms) in evaluating the factual merits of a case and tracing assets to collect judgmentsWe have a vast worldwide expertise in litigation related investigations, data analysis and asset tracing. We provide the knowledge and information needed for funding firms, attorneys and plaintiffs to assess the merits of a case and make informed decisions.
