V2 Global Ready to Assist its Clients Through the Challenges of 2021
Although 2020 had its uncertainties and challenges, at V2 Global, we are happy to report that we had a record year: we substantially expanded our global operations and businesses, we provided new and existing clients with a variety of services in the areas of business intelligence, strategic advisory, security and crisis and risk management, including in the procurement of Medical Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). We are also very pleased to announce that recently Fran Racioppi joined V2 Global. Fran is an expert in security operations/technology, cannabis business operations and organizational management.
As 2021 rolls out, in addition to our well-established core services, we have seen an increase of requests for global asset tracing and recovery, eavesdropping countermeasures and sweeps, USCIS I-9 audits, litigation funding support, FCPA related investigations, compliance and audits, litigation funding assessment support, PPE litigation support and high-end family law investigations. Our team is ready to assist you or your clients in these any and other matters. We have many years of experience in law enforcement, as well as in regulatory, corporate, operational, banking, legal and compliance matters across the globe. Specifically, with respect to high-end family law investigations we have partnered with what we consider one of the best and most experienced investigatory firms in the southeast specializing in high-end family law related investigations, including divorces and child custody, and will now be providing these services across the United States and globally.

Litigation Funding Assessment Support
As you probably know, litigation funding or finance provides for a third-party to advance capital to a plaintiff in support of litigation in exchange for a portion of the proceeds or recovery in the lawsuit. Since the litigation funder only gets paid if the lawsuit is successful, it is paramount that those monetizing the litigation and their attorneys perform extensive due diligence and analysis on the legal and factual merits of the case and claim.
At V2 Global, we have many years of experience in assisting litigation funding firms (as well as plaintiffs and law firms) in evaluating the factual merits of a case and tracing assets to collect judgments. We have a vast worldwide expertise in litigation related investigations, data analysis and asset tracing. We provide the knowledge and information needed for funding firms, attorneys and plaintiffs to assess the merits of a case and make informed decisions.
