A Message from our Board and Property Manager

SEPTEMBER, 2025

REMINDERS!

POOL, SPA, BBQ AREA RULES!

UMBRELLAS - When a storm blows in quickly, Umbrellas that are left up can become damaged. This is costly to our association! Please be considerate and responsible by closing the umbrellas when you leave the pool area.

ATTIRE – Shoes and Coverups must be worn in the building at all times. Wet bathing suits are not permitted inside the building.

BEVERAGES IN GLASS CONTAINERS - Glass containers are NOT allowed in our Pool or BBQ area. If they should break this can be very dangerous. PLEASE for the safety of everyone…non glass containers ONLY! Thank you!

NOISENoise should be kept to a minimum. Blaring music, yelling and shrieking are not allowed. Please be considerate of those living on the pool side of the building and those who are poolside trying to relax!

POOL STAIRS The stairs are for access in/out of the pool. Be sure your group does not block the stairs.

POOL/SPA HOURS – Per St. Lucie County regulations, our pool/spa hours are from 8:00am to Dusk. Failure to comply with these hours could subject us to fines from St. Lucie County.

~~~~~~~~~~
RESIDENTS & GUEST-CHECK IN / REGISTRATION
Reminder…For the SAFETY of everyone…
-       Residents FULL-TIME: If you plan to be away, please notify the office.
 (i.e. if you are going away for a weekend or trip, please notify the office of the dates you will be traveling.)
-      All Owners who are not full-time residents must check in/out with the office when occupying your unit.
-      All guests, family, friends, tenants of our Owners and Full Time Residents are required to Register with our office. (This applies whether or not you are in residence during their stay.)
-      Failure to do so could result in a fine to the unit owner. Emergencies can happen! We then will know who is in the building at any given time. Be sure to provide a copy of our Rules and Regulations to your visitors/tenants.
~~~~~~~~~~

BOCCE COURT / SOCIAL & GAME ROOM

BOCCE COURT Is for BOCCE only! It is not to be used as a playground or for any other purpose.

SOCIAL & GAME ROOMS – These rooms are for Social Events, Pool, Ping Pong and table games only! No other activities are permitted.

PARENTAL SUPERVISION – All children (pre-teens) must be accompanied by an adult in all areas of the property outside your personal unit. This is for the safety of all.

 ~~~~~~~~~~
BOXES
Boxes continue to be left on top of the recycle bins. All Boxes must be broken down before being placed in the bin in the trash room.
SHOPPING / HOTEL CARTS
All carts should be returned to the mailroom once unloaded after each use for the convenience of others.
 ~~~~~~~~~~

We understand that at times we all forget certain things. The reminders above are meant as a refresh, and are solely for the purpose of keeping our community safe, secure and an enjoyable place to live for everyone!
