The PTSA has created an online directory. To add/edit your family's information in the directory, please Register to our website. The directory is great for contacting other parents for parties, carpooling, etc.  Make sure to add your student's name and grade so they can be easily found!

Nominating Committee Volunteers Needed    


We are currently seeking 3 PTA members to serve on the Nominating Committee.  This short-term committee will be elected at the January 30, 2019 General Membership meeting.  Their role after the meeting is to put together a slate of elected officers for the 2019-2020 Tesla STEM PTSA.  Please contact [email protected] if you are able to help or have questions.
Holiday Helping Hands 

 
Dear Tesla STEM families - we are we are launching a Holiday Helping Hands Gift Card Drive to help families in our community cover their needs over the winter break, and we respectfully request your support.
Using this link, please select item(s) on the list you wish to donate. You can either purchase directly on the link provided and send to us electronically (instructions included), or you can purchase a physical card from either Target or Fred Meyer and leave it in the designated box at the Tesla STEM High School office.

Winter Ball   


Saturday, December 15 at Bellevue Arts Museum.  8 - 11pm.
   
Tickets will be on sale Monday - Friday, Dec. 10th - 14th during both lunches.  Tickets are $20 pre-sale, $25 at the door.  Guest forms are available in the office and are due no later than 2:20 Friday, December 14th, NO EXCEPTIONS.  No guests may purchase tickets at the door.  
 
PARENTS: PLEASE PICK YOUR STUDENTS UP ON TIME.  CHAPERONES ARE VOLUNTEERS AND WOULD LIKE TO GO HOME.  THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE UNTIL ALL STUDENTS ARE PICKED UP.  IF STUDENTS ARE NOT PICKED UP ON A TIMELY BASIS, THEY MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND OTHER DANCES THIS YEAR.
 
This is an ASB event.

The Giving Tree   

 
The Giving Tree is a wonderful opportunity for Tesla STEM families to give back during the holidays. This season we would greatly appreciate your help sponsoring a family in need. Please ask your student to take a tag from the Giving Tree, purchase the gift, and return the gift unwrapped with the tag to the office by Tuesday, December 18.  
 
This is coordinated by the school and is not a PTSA activity.

PTSA is here to help!

Tesla STEM PTSA believes that financial need shouldn't be a barrier to students fully participating in the Tesla STEM HS curriculum. To support that, the PTSA has partnered with the school counselors and Principal to provide scholarship funds to students in need.
  
Families who need help with fees and supplies are encouraged to contact their counselor at STEM with their requests.
  
Confidentiality of such requests is strictly maintained - requests are considered by the school and no one at PTSA knows the names of the requestors. 
  
Please don't hesitate to contact the counselors, if PTSA can help.
