Inner Critic to Inner Ally -- Life Coaching Event

We all have that inner critic, that little voice in our heads that tells us we’re “not good enough” or we’re “doing it wrong!” Please join us as we explore a simple exercise that will turn the inner critic into an inner ally. Using a tried and true neurolinguistic programming (NLP) technique, we’ll change that inner voice into a voice that supports us and encourages us.

Drop-in preschool sensory playtime. For ages 2-5.
Stop by between 10:00 and 11:00 to participate in three or more centers. Only 10 people allowed in the room at a time. We will rotate participants on a first come, first served basis. Most children spend about 15 minutes trying the sensory centers.
Registration required. A caregiver should accompany the child or children. Please indicate the number in your party (including infants).
