Los Angeles State Historic Park City Nature Challenge

Help LA County win the City Nature Challenge! Cities around the world will be competing to observe and record wildlife using the iNaturalist app/website April 27 - 29! Join us for our focused iNaturalist workshops, where we will learn how to use the app and find wildlife! Download the free iNaturalist app, bring a camera or just help us spot wildlife and we’ll record the observation for you! Heritage Square Twilight Tour - April 22, 2018

As the sun sets, imagine LA at a time when electricity was a novelty and parlor visits required a top hat and tails. Join  Atlas Obscura Society Los Angeles  on a rare twilight tour of Heritage Square Museum, where we'll explore historically significant buildings in various stages of restoration—from a train depot to a church and an eight-sided circular house. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT IS APRIL 17TH Every spring, Members of the U.S. House of Representatives host a nationwide high school arts competition. The Congressional Art Competition was established to display local high school students’ artwork in the U.S. Capitol.
