Beach Baptisms Sunday, August 28th at 4:00pm

We will be doing beach baptisms on Sunday, August 28th at 4:00pm just South of the Children's Pool.

If you have not been baptized, and would like to do so, email Michelle Whitney at [email protected] to set up a meeting with one of our pastors beforehand.

Everybody is invited to attend this celebration. Meet that Sunday in the courtyard by the fountain at 3:30 and we'll walk down to the beach together.

Two 'Good Company' Fellowship Opportunities

Good Company is a fellowship group for people roughly in the 50s - 70s range, and they have two fun events coming up:

A Texas style bar-b-que at the McCoy's house, and a Bonnie Rait concert at the Rady Shell.

Both are great ways to meet new friends, get more connected, and grow closer together. Grace Decker will be out in the courtyard after the service selling tickets to both events, or you can email Grace at [email protected] and coordinate with her.

Urgent Need for Housing

Alliance for African Assistance has been working with Ukrainian refugees this whole summer. There are many different situations that people are dealing with, but our most immediate issue is inconsistent living situations.

Alliance is looking for people who would be willing to host Ukrainian refugees for any amount of time. Family size ranges from 2-4. If you interested or want to know more about this opportunity, please contact Andrew Ziegler at [email protected] or call him at 360-949-9701. Blessings to you!"

Ongoing and Upcoming Events

Pick Up Your Name tag in the courtyard and help build community.jpg

As you come in to Church on Sunday morning, look for the magnetic name badges in the courtyard or hallway. In an effort to get to know each other better and build more community, we encourage you to wear yours during worship and fellowship time. If you don’t find your name, there’s a sign-up sheet to order one. Afterward you can bring it home, or put it back on the wall, and it will be ready for you next week.
