The Book Fair is Coming
The Book Fair is Coming!
FEBRUARY 1-4

Our Follett Book Fair is a reading event that provides the books kids want to read. It’s a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. Reading for pleasure inside and outside of school has real and long-lasting benefits. It unlocks the power of information and imagination and helps children discover who they are. Please make plans to support our book fair and be involved in shaping your child’s reading habits.

*All purchases benefit and support our school library.
Invest in Kids Act
Thanks to our donors, 3 students were awarded a scholarship to attend Saint Joan of Arc School this school year. However, we still had many students on the waiting list who were not able to receive funding from Empower Illinois this school year.

Empower Illinois - Tax Scholarship
This “Invest in Kids Act” is a way to fund scholarships for children who choose to attend Illinois Catholic schools. Scholarships offered through this program have the potential to cover up to 100 percent of tuition for a year at Diocese of Joliet Catholic Schools.

Donors receive a 75% credit on their state taxes in return. These organizations will then use this money to grant scholarships to qualifying students.

Pre-K 3
Mrs. Zink had a special hat for each day of remote learning! They also danced, listened to great stories, and made a snowman together.

The preschool students in Mrs. Zink's class voted on their favorite hat that Mrs. Zink wore this week.

Way to go Mrs. Zink!
