As of midnight on Feb 14 (Beijing Time), China's National Health Commission (NHC) had received 66,492 reports of COVID-19 confirmed cases, and 1,523 deaths on the Chinese mainland. 8,096 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 56,873 confirmed cases (including 11,053 in serious condition).

China's daily new confirmed cases of COVID-19 outside Hubei had been dropping for 10 consecutive days.

1,716 medical staff had been infected with COVID-19 by Feb. 11, accounting for 3.8% of the overall confirmed cases in the country. Among them, 6 people had died from the virus, accounting for 0.4% of the country's total deaths.
