 Dear School Families,

We are excited to start the new school year.   Class lists are posted outside the school.  A class email was also sent to you this afternoon.  We welcome our returning and new students.

Tomorrow, August 14th, the school doors will open at 7:45 a.m.  You may escort your student to the classroom.  If you ordered First Day School Supplies, your child's box has been delivered to the classroom.

Morning Drive-Thru and Parking for FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL ONLY:  
Parking is available in the middle church lot, in front of the Dominican Hall, main church lot and Higgins located across the street.  Please follow the drive-thru procedures if you are entering the school property.  The drive-thru procedures are available in this e-newsletter.
 
Dismissal and parking:
The school gates will open at 10:30 a.m.   Parking is available in the yard.  Please do not park at Little Manuel's Restaurant or BAC Bank.   Please follow the directions of our parking lot supervisors.
 
The school doors will open at 11:00 a.m.  You may enter the hallway at 11:00 a.m. to pick up your child in the classroom.

Wednesday and Thursday are minimum days.  The morning drive-thru and parking will follow the regular schedule.  The school gates will open at 11:30 a.m. for a noon dismissal.  School doors will open at 12:00 p.m.  You may enter the hallway at 12:00 p.m. to pick up your child in the classroom.  

Extended care is open 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and after school until 6:00 p.m.

    • Class fees can be dropped off at the school office.
    • Please place your check in an envelope labeled Class Fee with the grade level of your student. Write your student's first and last name in the memo area of your check.
    • Best Buy gift cards may be dropped off at the school office.

  • Student Lunch Options
    • Bring a lunch from home.
      • think "brown bag" healthy and nutritious.
      • no fast food or take out meals.
      • no carbonated beverages, candy or gum.
      • no glass bottles.
      • school personnel cannot warm/heat/microwave or refrigerate food for students.

      • $2.50 per slice - cheese or pepperoni

Tuesday Pizza Sales at Lunch

Every Tuesday, Straw Hat Pizza sells pizza slices and drinks at all the lunch periods. Funds raised help support the 7th Grade Caritas trip. Buying pizza is optional for students. Students do not need to pre-order to buy pizza. Payment is by CASH ONLY - no checks or cards. Please do not send your student with large bills. The school cannot be responsible for money that is misplaced or lost.

Tuesday Pizza Sales will begin on Tuesday, August 21st.

Prices are as follows:

Slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza.....$2.50
Bottled vitamin water.....$2.50
Bottled water.....$1.00
