Jay Kathol

Heartland Properties

 Jay  has been a Realtor associated with Heartland Properties in Council Bluffs since 2003.  He is a Lewis Central graduate and attended the University of Iowa where he received his Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems. 

 

Jay was a founding member of Impact CB and has served the Board in various capacities including two years as President. 

 

He has also served on the Habitat for Humanity Board and the Southwest Iowa Association of REALTORS Board of Directors. 

 

Jay and his wife Nicole have two sons and two daughters. Jay enjoys coaching a variety of their sports teams throughout the year. He & Nicole are looking forward to their 10 year anniversary trip  with friends to the Cayman Islands in August.

Impact CB is raising awareness and money for Special Olympics on Saturday, March 31st. REGISTER HERE to Participate on the  Impact CB/Spillway POLAR PLUNGE Team. Contact
Lori Hughes (or) Stephanie Klement  for more information.

We are looking for volunteers for the Impact CB water station during the CB Gambler Half Marathon on Sunday, April 22nd from 730-1030am.  Volunteers are needed to fill water cups, hand to runners as they pass, and cheer them on.  If interested, contact Arian Haddix.

Amy Wenninghoff is a life-long resident of Council Bluffs. She graduated from St. Albert and obtained her Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa
where she also played soccer.  

She loves working in the hospitality industry. Amy has worked for Kinseth Hospitality Companies for over 13 years. She currently serves as the General Manager of Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites @ Ameristar, Hampton Inn @ Ameristar and Main Event Catering.

Amy was a founding member of Impact CB. She has served on the Board of Directors and has been an instrumental part of the groups continued success.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, staying in shape, and playing with her two English Bulldogs, Farrah and Dexter.
