I want to thank my clients for reaching out to me this AEP 2024.
I have received your voicemails, emails, and some text messages.
I want you to know that as busy as this enrollment period is, I am trying to return all calls, emails, text messages in a first come first serve basis.
I am sorry for the delay in responding back to you.
So what can you expect?
If I have not caught up to you yet and you are still waiting for a call or email, I am continuing to return calls and emails as soon as I can AND in between daily client meetings.
If are waiting for the contract negotiations between Excellus BCBS and St Joseph doctors/hospital (Trinty Health) the providers are NO LONGER in-network with each other, you will have to change plans by December 7th. There is another enrollment period available, see below.
If are waiting for the contract negotiations between Aetna and
St Joseph doctors/hospital (Trinty Health) the providers are NO LONGER in-network with each other, you will have to change plans by December 7th. There is another enrollment period available, see below.
We are still waiting to hear if BCBS and Aetna will be able to settle with St. Joes/Trinity and agree to a contract for 2025.
I DO NOT have any time slots available from now until December 7th, unless I have a cancellation.

IF YOU RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING THAT YOUR Medicare Advantage plan is ending (at the end of this year 12/31/2024) you have until December 31st, 2024 to pick a new insurance plan.
I do have appointments left and available after December 7th for those clients who have a Medicare Advantage plan that is ending 12/31/2024.
Please reach out to me for an appointment, scheduled after December 7th.
