Message from the PTO President
Dear VFES Families:

Thank you so much for braving through the rain for the 5K run this Sunday and coming out full swing to support our school! VFES Parents, Teachers, Principal and Children Rock! It was adorable to see the children in their raincoats, so very excited to touch the finish line. A special thank you to Jo Novelli for chairing the 5K and making sure that everything ran smoothly. The 5K is one of our big fundraisers. Thank you for making it successful!

Don't forget to order directories and dismissal pads. This year we have moved directory orders online. Please visit http://www.vfespto.org/order-your-school-directories-dismissal-pads-online/ to order. If you would like to help with the distribution of directories, please let us know.

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to attend the PTO meeting on October 7 th . It was great answering your questions and receiving your feedback on what was working and what needed change.  We love to hear from you!

Our Walk to School Day was successful as well with so many kids walking/biking to school. The PTO handed out pencils to the children in appreciation for walking/biking to school.

As always, if you have any questions, suggestions or comments, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Much love,

Rujuta Mandelia
VFES PTO, President
