TALI: The First Investment Project in Logistics
for Foreign Trade in Argentina

TALI is the first investment project in logistics for foreign trade in Argentina, offering exporters and importers the opportunity to own their own port.
This innovative model allows any company engaged in international trade to have its operation within a port, being a partner of it.
Each investment partner will be able to invest in its land fraction within the TALI project, where it will have all the logistical and customs advantages of being inside a port. Investment partners may also acquire a percentage according to their operational need for the trust, which owns the multi-purpose dock.
The project is divided into three sectors:
✔️ SME Park: Fully developed for small companies that provide support services to those located in the VITRACO Park sector and related to the foreign trade logistics chain.
✔️ Vitraco Park: To be developed. Port lands where investors in square meters of land will be shareholders of the port. Designed for one or several companies that want to store products and dispatch them through TALI Port.
✔️ TALI Port: It will be a multipurpose terminal. It has the construction declaration issued by the Undersecretary of Ports and Waterways of the Nation and the permits for such purposes, allowing the work to begin immediately.

The Undersecretary of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Juan Antonio López Cazorla; the Undersecretary of Fisheries of Chubut, Diego Brandán; representatives and authorities of the Federal Fisheries Council and the Argentine Agency for Investment and International Trade (AAICI), participated in the opening and sessions of the Expo.

Consular services:
Online Platform to schedule appointments

With the aim of providing an agile and increasingly innovative service that meets the needs of the Argentine community efficiently, the Consulate General team is currently working, as a priority, on the prompt implementation of an online appointment system for consular services.
Within the framework of other innovations and internal restructuring of the Consulate, this initiative seeks to expedite the granting of appointments to overcome the delay of the procedures that involve the intervention of RENAPER (DNI and Passports).
Once the system is implemented, citizens requiring a consular service will be able to see the availability appointments in real time, including those recently canceled and available on the same day or in a very short period of time, which will make the system more efficient within the framework of the extremely high demand registered in procedures linked to RENAPER.

Community Engagement:
Boston and New Jersey

Following our meetings with representatives of the Argentine community in NY, during our visit to Boston in March we enjoyed an afternoon with the thriving Argentine community that gathered to benefit the victims of the storm in Bahia Blanca after a call made only one week before the event.
This was a great occasion to meet and learn first hand about the expectations, concerns and achievements of our compatriots from Boston and surrounding areas, including Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
Also, as part of our visit to New Jersey, we had an enriching exchange with "compatriotas" in New Jersey, with whom we discussed their concerns, presented the priorities of the Consulate and addressed issues such as institutional support for Argentine entrepreneurs.
| | Congratulations to the new Argentine citizens! | | Our Consulate will be closed on April 2 (Day of the Veteran and Fallen in the Malvinas War), 17 and 18 (Holy Thursday and Good Friday) in observance of National Holidays. | | SUR Translation Support Program: Translating Argentine literature for the world | |

"Modern echoes" by Luciana Levinton
The Consulate General of Argentina in New York presents
"Modern echoes", by Luciana Levinton

"In this exhibition of paintings, entitled 'Modern Echoes' inspirations arise from a research on the current of modern and contemporary architecture and design, the Delfina and Amancio Williams' House on the Stream in Mar del Plata, the work of Lina Bo Bardi in Sao Paulo, Eileen Gray's projects in Paris in the 20's, Charlotte Perriand, Athos Bulcao, Clorindo Testa and Le Corbusier, among others.
Through my painting, I seek to communicate and make some of these works known.
As an architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, each painting I present carries behind it a documentary research and together they cover an era, a body of work of an architecture of the Modern Movement, from the point of view of pictorial art" (Artist's statement)

"Intangible Landscapes" by Mirta Gendin
The Consulate General of Argentina in New York presents
"Intangible Landscapes", by Mirta Gendin and curated by Carla Rey

"The landscape is an image in contemplation, a fleeting instant caught in reflection. Mirta Gendin captures its ephemerality and, through her creative process, transforms it into an open territory where light and form dissolve into new perceptions.
Mirta Gendin’s work mutates into vibration, into a weave of light oscillating between the real and the imagined. Each image is a threshold, a reflection that unravels and begins again, inviting the gaze to lose itself in its transformation".
