On September 12, 1683 some 200,000 blood-thirsty Muslims arrived at the gates of Vienna, Austria. John Sobieski arrived heading 65,000 Polish, German, and Austrian Catholic knights, reminding them: “It is not a city alone that we have to save, but the whole of Christianity, of which the city of Vienna is the bulwark!” After a spectacular victory, Sobieski saluted the Mother of God and gave the glory to the real cause of their win, adapting the words of Julius Caesar: “We came, We saw, God gave the victory!” (

The Sacred Heart of Jesus could single-handedly defeat the Church’s enemies, inside and out; in an instant; at a single word; with “the sword which proceedeth from His mouth” (Apoc. XIX, 21). But He is preparing the greatest victory of all history for His Most Beautiful Virgin Mother! The Immaculate Heart of Mary desires us to help Her prepare this triumph, with our humble rosaries, breast-plated in Her Brown Scapular, professing by words, and more by actions, the Holy Catholic Faith!
This is what Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre did with his episcopacy. He saved the Faith. He preserved the Catholic priesthood. Consecrated to Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart, he “scattered the proud [Conciliar Churchmen] in the conceit of their heart” (St. Luke, I: 51) by resisting the Modernist Popes to their face, proclaiming the Social Reign of Our Lord Jesus Christ, while they proudly conspired with Freemasonry to uncrown Him and dress Him in the mock-purple of Pluralism and Ecumenism.
Now, the Conciliar disease has infiltrated the Society of St. Pius X, founded by Archbishop Lefebvre to be a bulwark against the enemies of Christ.
Many good-willed souls are bewildered, confused, or simply refuse to inquire into the obvious
doctrinal
compromise of the Holy Faith in the SSPX. “When Error,” explained Cardinal Pie of Poitiers, “has become embodied in the legal formulae and the administrative practices, it penetrates the minds so deeply, it becomes impossible to extricate it!”

It doesn’t matter how small or large the remnant, faithful to Catholic Tradition dwindles, we must simply fight on, despite all odds, confident in Our Lady’s help

With Modernism engulfing the Church as the Muslims did Vienna, how well Abp. Lefebvre understood, with the great Sobieski: “It’s not the city (i.e. the SSPX) alone we have to save, but the whole of Christianity (i.e. Catholic Tradition) of which the city of Vienna is the bulwark!”
