Dear Rich Township Family,

Over the past few weeks, I’ve taken time to reflect on all that has taken place in Rich Township. From the joy on our seniors’ faces at the ice cream social to the excitement of our youth during STEM Camp, and the energy shared at events like Chamber Night and the Lightsaver Program, I’ve been reminded of how strong and connected our community truly is.

One moment that stands out above the rest was being honored at the Cook County Board Meeting. To be recognized by my peers and Cook County leadership was deeply humbling. Standing there, I felt a deep sense of gratitude. Grateful for the path that brought me here, for the opportunity to serve, and for the people I represent each day. This role is not about recognition. It’s about responsibility. It is my duty to care for our residents and ensure that our township remains a place where people feel supported, seen, and valued. That commitment is at the heart of everything I do.

I am forever thankful for the continued support of this community, the encouragement of my family and peers, and, most of all, for the dedication of the Rich Township staff. Your work behind the scenes makes all of this possible. To every resident, please know that Rich Township is here for you. Whether you need assistance, access to resources, or simply someone to listen, we are always ready to help. It is an honor to serve you.
