Dear Rich Township Family,

December is one of my favorite times of the year, because it reminds us just how strong, loving, and connected our community truly is. Our annual Tree Lighting was a beautiful way to welcome the season, and I want to thank everyone who joined us. Seeing our families bundled up, our children smiling, and our community standing together in holiday spirit filled me with deep gratitude. I’m incredibly proud of our Rich Township staff for transforming our space into a warm and festive winter celebration.

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the many residents, businesses, and partners who continue to donate to our Food Pantry. Your generosity is felt every single day, especially during a time when so many families are relying on support. Because of you, we are able to continue serving our neighbors with dignity, compassion, and care.

I’m especially looking forward to our upcoming Senior Jingle Mingle on December 18th. This annual celebration is always filled with joy, laughter, and community spirit, and it is one of the highlights of the season for our seniors and our staff.

As temperatures continue to drop, I encourage everyone to stay warm and take care of yourselves. Even something as simple as layering clothing, wearing insulated socks, or keeping an emergency blanket in your car can make a difference. And please remember, if you or someone you know needs assistance this winter, Rich Township is here to help. Do not hesitate to reach out.

It is an honor to serve as your Supervisor, and I am grateful every day for the trust you place in us. May this season bring you warmth, peace, and joy with those you love most.
