Next-Generation Retail is a four-week program in June that is aimed at assisting brick-and-mortar retailers to break through challenges and focus on growth opportunities. The pandemic forever altered the traditional retail model — from connecting goods and services with customers to integrating new technologies to enhance the clients’ experience and streamline business efficiency. Throughout this program, business owners will assess growth, financial health, marketing, leases, hiring, operations, technology, and best practices to decrease costs and increase revenue. Participants will also learn how to de-risk expansion and get involved in proactive growth.
