The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES Professional Development Unit responded to the needs of their component districts by providing them with the Next Generation One Page Reference Guide. This guide guarantees that all administrators and teachers have access to the resources, materials, and tools necessary to raise awareness around the NYS Next Generation Learning Standards in ELA and Math.

Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District is tackling the Next Generation Learning Standards on many fronts.  At the leadership level, teachers and administrators are prioritizing power standards and reviewing grade-specific units for alignment to the standards.  At the school level, teams of teachers are unpacking their grade-specific standards to build clarity and consistency.
