Celebrating the Next Level Culinary Service Team

The first week in October marks Healthcare Food Service Workers Appreciation Week where we celebrate Next Level’s extraordinary Culinary Service team. We are part of a special community dedicated to serving and caring for seniors. Throughout the year, our team of 5,200 culinary specialists, chefs, and their leaders across the company work exceptionally hard every day to provide nutritious meals and caring service to thousands of residents.

This week is a time to recognize and honor our Culinary Service team for keeping residents well-nourished and healthy. Collectively serving thousands of meals daily, our team directly contributes to the well-being and satisfaction of those they serve. Many of our Culinary Service team members work behind-the-scenes and taking this week to recognize them shows their dedication does not go unnoticed and is appreciated by those they serve.

Procurement Process Update – The NLH Purchasing Concern Form was created to assure our field employees have an avenue to communicate consistent vendor or item concerns. The information within this form allows our team to take action, hold our vendors accountable, and generate solutions. Regional Managers are to send completed forms through Jordon Miller for further action.

Medline EVS Liner Update – Medline has recently suggested a trash liner consolidation to assure we are able to receive products in stock. See item number consolidation below which will go into effect on Wednesday, 10/5. These products should be the same size and thickness as previously received.
