Check your email for log-in instructions from Marissa!

If you haven't yet completed the evaluation, be sure to do so here!

Congratulations to those of you who won the raffles during the sessions! I will contact you to let you know when your prize is in the mail. Didn't win a raffle during the sessions? There are still ways to win:

  • First 50 students to submit their official SAT score in May to DRDFS will get a $10 gift card!
  • $100 gift cards given to 3 students who take the SAT, submit their score to DRDFS and get the top scores for the Class of 2023 Next Level Scholars!
  • $100 gift cards to the 3 most improved students who submit their scores to DRDFS!

Remember, taking the SAT isn't only for college admission. While many schools are no longer using test scores for admission, many still use them to determine things like course placement and merit scholarships!

ICYMI: HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES (HBCU) RESOURCES
There are 104 Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the United States according to the US Department of Education. They were created prior to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to provide higher educational opportunities for black male and female students who were historically and legally excluded from attending all-white and predominantly male institutions. HBCU's include both private and public institutions with a rich history of providing high quality postsecondary credentials to black Americans and others committed to equity.

If you or a student you know is interested in attending an HBCU, these resources are helpful to start the process:
