We hope those of you that are currently on Spring Break are enjoying the break from school! Take time to make focusing on your own health a top priority. Get outdoors if you can, take a break from screens, practice a 10 minute meditation, read, or get some physical activity. DCAN has compiled a list of links and resources, here's one meditation video
