Hello!

We hope those of you that are currently on Spring Break are enjoying the break from school! Take time to make focusing on your own health a top priority. Get outdoors if you can, take a break from screens, practice a 10 minute meditation, read, or get some physical activity. DCAN has compiled a list of links and resources, here's one meditation video that looks very calming!

With the SAT just around the corner, we've made sure to include some helpful information in this edition of the newsletter--from studying and practicing with Khan Academy/The Princeton Review to an updated Michigan College Averages worksheet to help you better narrow down your post-secondary list.

If you need your log-in credentials for The Princeton Review, please don't hesitate to reply to this email so I can help!
