We hope that you are able to rest, recharge and reflect over spring break this week or next. While there is a lot going on in the world, at school, home and everywhere else, focusing on your own health is a top priority. Get outdoors if you can, take a break from screens, practice a 10 minute meditation, read, or get some physical activity. DCAN has compiled a list of links and resources, here's one meditation video that looks very calming! Be sure to check out the full toolkit of mental health resources below.

MCAN (Michigan College Access Network) has pulled together this Michigan College Average Requirements worksheet to help students across the state of Michigan narrow down their post-secondary lists based on average admission criteria.
