We hope that you are able to rest, recharge and reflect over spring break this week or next. While there is a lot going on in the world, at school, home and everywhere else, focusing on your own health is a top priority. Get outdoors if you can, take a break from screens, practice a 10 minute meditation, read, or get some physical activity.
