Greetings! The date is set and we need you and others to join us to serve that day! Odessa Project Connect will be a great day of serving others! The second annual event is approaching and only two months away! The date is Saturday, July 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the same location as last year-Odessa High School. But we need you in order for this event to be successful. Would you please review the attached letter and choose to join us and provide services for this great one-day event of serving others?
We will start recruiting volunteers soon, too. And we will fill in the gaps of providers and keep you updated (for example, we already know we need people to give haircuts, cook lunch, tear-down teams, shuttle teams, etc.). Please respond by Friday July 14 (although the earlier the better). Also consider joining us for the Four Leadership Team and Planning Meetings at the Odessa Public Library, 204 S. 1st Street on Tuesday evenings 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. The dates of the Leadership Team and Planning meetings are: Tuesday, May 30 Tuesday, June 13 Tuesday, June 27 Tuesday, July 11
