From the President

Greetings! Modutram is now under contract in Mexico for a system serving a soccer stadium and required to open before next year's FIFA events. This is the first known ATN contract this year.

I am back in India where the potential for PRT remains promising. I keep learning of new cities that want to implement it. The upper levels of government from the President down, keep supporting it.

I was told not to be concerned about it being relatively unproven. The government is supporting the use of new technologies.

I have been involved in a number of upper-level government meetings and we have always been well received and supported in our endeavors. The opportunity to execute significant projects without undue bureaucracy seems real.

PS: We love you. Please join ATRA/pay your dues/volunteer.

Together we can fix public transportation!

Best regards,

Peter Muller, ATRA President
