We're taking our referencing service to the next level, making it easier and slicker for you and your tenants.

New look tenant referencing reports have gone live this month and an enhanced fraud detection feature has been deployed, which links to the IP address on completion of relevant parts of the application process for employers, previous landlords/agents and of course, applicants.
We're delighted to announce that Propoly has been shortlisted as Supplier of the Year: Technology (Apps) at this year's The Negotiator Awards.
