Join the meeting this Tuesday!

The committee meets every fourth Tuesday of the month and will be gathering virtually this week to review economy and quality of life issues. These two topics will each have a chapter in the draft plan that will be posted for public review later this year. Meeting discussion will include improvements to parks, ways to increase food access, support for local businesses in the area, and the future of industrial properties.

January 2023 meeting recap

About the Steering Committee

The steering committee is a group of residents, local business owners and representatives of neighborhood groups and community organizations from every neighborhood in the planning area. Their role is to help guide the planning process, support public engagement and help create consensus at key points in the process. Meetings are open to the public, and all community members interested in staying up-to-date on the planning process are invited to attend and observe.
