The first SOS informational forum on the City of
St. Paul's proposed Summit Avenue Regional Trail (SART) and road construction drew a crowd of interested community members, journalists, politicians and others.
The SOS presentation demonstrated what the city's untenable SART and road construction plan along Summit Avenue will mean for bikers, walkers, students, neighbors, business owners, environmentalists, tax payers and others. We appreciate everyone who came out to listen, ask questions and give feedback.
