Hello Susan,

At the CCCA we are dedicated to sharing evidence-based information to empower Canadians to remain healthy and safe. Robust science requires open debate, dialogue, and reassessment.

The Alberta Task Force examining the response to COVID-19 has released their final report. It provides a detailed analysis of the management of the declared COVID-19 pandemic by Alberta's government, public health officials, and professional regulatory bodies. The report echoes concerns raised in the CCCA's Citizens Hearing and the final NCI Commissioners' Report, as well as numerous other groups. The report covers the spectrum of general public health mismanagement to the importance of safeguarding individualized patient care and informed consent. Perhaps this is a step closer to a Federal Inquiry so Canadians may prevent similar errors in the future.

CCCA scientists have also been examining elements of the COVID-19 response and their work is shared in this newsletter.

Alberta COVID-19 Pandemic Data Review Task Force Final Report

Led by Dr. Gary Davidson, the Alberta Task Force undertook a detailed critique of the province's response to COVID-19. Contributors to the report include CCCA members Drs. Byram Bridle, David Speicher, David Vickers, and the newly appointed Director of the US National Institutes of Health, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya. Officials veered from previously established evidence-based emergency management policies. Instead, they relied on inaccurate data modelling and unproven public health interventions while ignoring scientific evidence supporting alternative therapeutics and management strategies.

Resolving the Mask Controversy

The findings of multiple peer-reviewed articles have found little benefit to the use of facial coverings to prevent the spread of respiratory viruses in the general population. However, when a Cochrane Collaboration Review published in 2023 regarding their use as a tool to prevent COVID-19 found similar results, tremendous controversy arose. The editor-in-chief of the Collaboration agreed to undertake a review of the article. Dr. John Hardie provides a short summary of this review’s results.

When Vaccination Becomes Dogmatism and Commercialism

Despite overwhelming data on the ineffectiveness and risks of COVID-19 genetic vaccines, health authorities continue to recommend booster doses for the general population, including pregnant women and children. Dr. Bernard Massie’s analysis of public health policy compares this push to dogma rather than scientific rigor.

This documentary reveals the shocking collusion between government, media and Big Tech to censor prominent scientists who disagreed with COVID-19 policies. What have we learned?

After the screening, there will be a panel discussion and Q&A about the impact of COVID-19 policies on Canadians moderated by journalist Rupa Subramanya.
